Polyurethane Materials at Andorit GmbH

We work exclusively with polyurethane foams. Four foam types cover different requirements, from thermal insulation to sound insulation. This allows us to produce small and medium production runs cost-effectively.

Ask About Materials

Which PU Materials Does Andorit Process?

We process four types of polyurethane foam for different requirements. The right choice depends on the function, load and surface of the part. We use foam systems from BASF, Plixxent and Zelu as a base and process them on seven production systems. We will work out which foam suits your part based on your requirements.

  • Rigid foam: fill foam for thermal insulation
  • Flexible foam: for sound insulation in housings and for padding and headrests
  • Rigid integral skin foam: firm foam with a hard-wearing surface
  • Solid PU: highly durable (RRIM) or with high flexural strength (SRIM)
